Don’t just take our word for it, take a look at a few of our most recent reviews from Google, Facebook and The Camping and Caravanning Club website.

Great certified site for 5 motorhomes or caravans. Well laid out, quiet, with country views out over the River Wye, with brilliant advice on local walks, restaurants, fishing, pubs etc. Dog friendly with walks straight from the site. We will be back. – David, May 2022 (via Google).

Always a wonderful site. Owners very helpful and friendly, site is immaculate. Very quiet with some wonderful walks on the doorstep. Love it, been so many times and will be back soon! – Michelle, April 2022 (via Facebook).

Beautiful scenery, tranquil location and very friendly owners! Lovely and quiet stay, just what we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Martha’s Meadow. The place is beautiful, we enjoyed watching the [farmer] on the other side of the river cultivate his crops, and the sheep in the paddock in front of us. There’s so much wildlife here, we saw all sorts, even a lovely singing owl in the middle of the night (my partner got a little restless after 20 minutes of his vocals though I thought it was great!) Martha’s added a lovely cabin where you can sit down and read about the site. I loved the touch of fairy lights around the outside. The owners are so friendly (even with me putting the wrong month on the booking!) they were very accommodating. The campsite is thoroughly clean and well maintained. We really loved how there’s only 5 pitches on site, and they haven’t crammed everyone in. We’re quite cautious about where we stay as sometimes a campsite is too crowded and you get more stressed leaving than when you arrived (!) but this is certainly not the case here. You have a nice area allocated to each pitch to relax without feeling on top of one another. You will leave feeling very refreshed having been surrounded by nature. A great price for a peaceful break away from the stresses of life. – Carlie, September 2021 (via CCC wesbite).

This was our first ever experience of a C.S and it was incredible. The situation just 5 miles out of Ross on Wye is perfect-it feels like you are isolated but there is a beautiful 5 mile walk alongside the Wye to town where you can get everything you need. This site is on a gentle slope so all pitches (hardstanding) have amazing views towards the Wye. There are lots of walks from the site. It’s quiet and simple, and so long as you don’t mind using your own facilities, I think this site cannot be beaten. The owner was friendly and helpful and not intrusive. We are hooked on C.S’s now! – Jackie, August 2021 (via CCC website).
